I have had these weird pod-like spots all over my body. I don't know what it is. Whenever i apply soap in it, it becomes a wound and it bleeds for sometime. I think these are pimples but pimples are supposed to be in the face (Or am i wrong about that?) They are all over my arms, legs and my chest! I need help..

I'm really sorry - I have to agree, I think you should visit an urgent care facility as soon as possible to have it evaluated. It could be an allergic reaction, it could be anything. That said, these websites give a rundown of skin rashes, their appearance, and potential treatments.

the best thing you can do is see a dermatologist. they might be only pimples, but if they are bleeding, then you should not wait for the problem to worsen. take care and i hope you get well soon!!

go to a dermatologist quickly. Sounds like you will be left with scarring if you don't act soon.

I don't know what the heck you have. But, you can have acne anywhere on your body; not just on your face.
