lots of calcium foods especially milk... and push back your cuticles on your fingernails and use lotion to moisturize... toenails, i would think about the same thing.... i know if you don't cut your toenails the longer it gets, the stronger it gets... just shape the toenails, you might get yourself stuck on the carpet... lol aloha!

Eat a varied, healthy diet. Use quality nail conditioner and cuticle cream daily. Make sure you don't have any health problems that could be causing a problem, e.g. hypothyroidism, anemia, kidney disease.
