My head is about to explode I am so miserable. I need to take something. Any honest advise would be good.

Sudafed and antibiotics (amoxicillin) are in different classes and safe to take at the same time. There are two types of sudafed, the original made from pseudophedrine and Sudafed PE which is new on the market. I prefer the original sudafed (most states they keep it behind the counter so you have to ask for it).
Pseudophedrine doesnt make you sleepy though so if you have trouble sleeping you may want to take something like claritin or benedryl at night since sudafed can make sleep restless.

It's no problem whatsoever. Why Sudafed though and not something like Advil?
Unless you have a cold or allergies causing your head to feel as if it's going to explode.......

There shouldn't be any problems with taking the Sudafed. It's basically a decongestant and may make you sleepy . Your other med is an antibiotic so you should be safe with using both medicines,

I just use normal saline nasal spray, and follow it up with Zicam nasal swabs, pretty effective too.
