Who knows? If I wanted to get technical, the physical Body is Christ. But this is the thing, we can project all we want about His nature. I have been a Christian for over 20 years, and I don't understand the trinity. If you think you do, then congratulations! I was pastored by a Philosophies of Education professor and he didn't get it all either. And He could tell you what the Greek, Hebrew, Coptic, French, Latin, Somalian, Syriac, Assyrian, and more said about it in scripture.
It's not 'figure outable' by what many have said. So all I can tell you is why I believe in it, not because I understand everything about it.

You are starting to UNDERSTAND the Trinity?
What we understand is that the Trinity is God the father, God the Son and God the HS. 3 in 1.

No the Father does not have a physical body but the Son does. Jesus is the God-Man.

In the beginning all three were spirit.Jesus calls the Holy Spirit in John 14 "The Comforter". He says in John 4 "God is a spirit"....
Jesus only took on a body to save us from our sins.In Luke 24 he says after the resurrection,"Touch me,a spirit has not flesh and bone as you see I have".
Philipians says although Jesus was equal to God he emptied himself and took on the body of a slave(human) and Hebrews 12 says he suffered the humiliation of the cross because of the joy it would bring.
Genesis 1 says God said "Let us create man in our image.."
John1, Collosians 1, and Hebrews 1 all say Jesus was there at creation. That is the "us" God is talking about.Peter said to Ananias in Acts 5 "You have lied to the Holy Spirit...you have not lied to man but to God".
Think of it as 1x1x1=1 God in three persons yet one .Not 1+1+1= 3 Gods.

THE TRINITY, 1)THE FATHER, 2) THE SON, 3) THE HOLY GHOST. THE FATHER IS GOD, THE ALMIGHTY, THE "I AM". THE SON IS JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF MAN COME TO THIS EARTH BORN OF A WOMAN LIVED AND DIED FOR US TO RECONCILE US TO THE FATHER. HE TOOK ON SIN TO SAVE OUR SOULS. THE HOLY GHOST A SPIRIT , THE ESSENCE OF GOD . WHEN I ASKED GOD TO FORGIVE ME OF MY SINS, AND REPENTED ,THEN WAS BAPTISED IN THE NAME OF JESUS, THE SPIRIT OF GOD ENTERED MY HEART, MIND BODY AND SOUL. THE HOLY SPIRIT GIVES ME STRENGHT TO OVER COME SIN, POWER TO PRAY. JESUS HAD A PHYSICAL BODY.
