FAITH

F=Forgiveness Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.

A=Available but not Automatic; John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believed in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

I=Impossible It is impossible for God to be in the presence of sin. Psalms 5:4 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.

T=Truth Turn & Trust: God is Just, and man is sinful. Hebrews 9:27-28 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement: So christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; an unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. There are no second chances! Romans 3:23 For ALL have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Luke 13:3 I tell you,Nay:but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Turn to Christ for he died for us and our sins. Trust in him alone! 1Corinthians 15:3-4 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that herose again the third day according to the scriptures. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

H=Heaven & Hereafter; Heaven and eternal life through Christ alone. John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. Promise to the hereafter; John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and recieve you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Now go back to Romans 10:9

Now you have read the truth, the true and only Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Is there any reason why you wouldnt want to except Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior??
May God be with you for now and eternity!

"Loving of enemies is another dogma of feigned morality, and has beside no meaning....Those who preach the doctrine of loving their enemies are in general the greatest prosecutors, and they act consistently by so doing; for the doctrine is hypocritical, and it is natural that hypocrisy should act the reverse of what it preaches." – Thomas Paine

"The Bible was established altogether by the sword, and that in the worst use of it -- not to terrify but to extirpate." --- Thomas Paine

"What is it the Bible teaches us? -- rape, cruelty, and murder." – Thomas Paine

Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and torturous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness, with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon than the Word of God. It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind."
-Thomas Paine, The Age of Reason, 1794

Christianity cannot live in peace with any other form of faith. -- Robert Ingersoll

Just one off the top of my head - The Bible was written by men who were not divinely influenced.

Also read Heb. 11 & 2:13and some verses you quoted. I remember reading long ago "Behoid l stand at the door and knock" But I can't find it. The DOOR to what? I believe,,my HEART,,,So I open that DOOR, He enters in, sups (FELLOWSHIP or COMMUNION) with me and I with Him. See, your writing is good and true YET there is so much more to this. For me it IS done.

The Greek word for "faith" is translated faith/believing.

Answer: Grace.

Comment: Jesus asked his disciples to teach, not to convert everyone. Do you really think your question and details taught anything?

Nice sermon .... but not a question, and it therefore violates the guidelines of YA. This is a forum for asking and answering questions, not for preaching.

You said except instead of accept.

Well just hope that Jesus RECEIVES that person! A person may accept Jesus all they want but are they being received by Him!!
