Early symptoms include sweating, nervousness, tremor & palpataions. As blood sugar drops further, confusion, inappropriate behaviour that can be mistaken for drunkenness, Visual disturbances, Stupor, seizures & coma may occur.

Lightheadedness, nausea, and sometimes profound irritability. Visual disturbances can occur, but are usually in both eyes.

I suppose loss of memory could result from hypoglycemia, but I would be more concerned about a transient ischemic attack. I recommend a trip to your doctor.
