If you are like me, and just get overwhelmed, this temporary craziness is to let you know to sit still and think things through before acting on any impulses. Your mind is signalling to you there are too many conflicting instructions or priorities, so that the emotions attached are overwhelming you.

If you talk it out, you can trace the cause of the conflicts and straighten each one out instead of stacking any more on to the pile. I recommend you do so. If you are mindful enough to know that things are wrong, that means you can fix them.

Note: If you did have a serious degenerative condition, such as schizophrenia that can start manifesting in the late 20's and get progressively worse if left untreated, it is better to seek counseling early, upon first signs that your emotions or mind do not feel healthy but are suffering from some imbalance or disorder.

In either case I would recommend spiritual and relationship therapy that involves working through your conscious thoughts and priorities and problems, and resolving both the logistic steps and the mental and emotional associations and attachments that can otherwise interfere with your judgement and logic.

If you want to discuss further, will you please email me? Sometimes just writing it out will help you unload your mind where you can sort through it step by step.

If any of the mixed emotions has to do with a particular relationship that is troubling you, I recommend connecting on forums where you can talk that out with others going through similar ups and downs, temporary craziness, and recovery from emotional traumas that can throw you off during the grief and healing process. All this is because your mind IS working properly to try to heal itself. So it will let off all kinds of symptoms and emotions to tell you where you are in the process so you can gauge and navigate your way through.

My best wishes and support to you.
Please find any forum in person or online that you can share with and I think that will take most of the pressure off so you can sort through whatever it is that is burdening or stressing you. I'm sorry for your troubles and I hope you find relief in solving them where you realize you are stronger than you thought and better off than if you did not have this to deal with. Everything can be used to make you a better person, so I hope you can find support to get through this in a good way that you can be proud of.

Yours truly,
Emily

You're just depressed dude so am I, you need a big change in your life. Being depressed won't get you anywhere, you waste half of your life being down. You need to change the perspective of things and I can assure you that everything will start to improve.

Remember don't feel pressured by what you don't want to do, just do what you love, love what you do and the world will come to you.
