Breaded mushrooms or Breaded Cauliflower with cheese sauce?

deep fried breaded cauliflower with melted cheese for dipping. I have tried the deep fried breaded mushrooms and I gag on them. Sometime in a junk basket, they have mushroom in and I grab on by mistake. They are mushy and taste nasty. But I can eat mushrooms in cream of wild rice chicken soup, in a hot dish or on a pizza hut supreme pizza. But I could not eat them out of a can or fresh.

Mushrooms-leave the breading off the cauliflower.

no breading on cauliflower, but load extra cheese on mine, mushrooms I have never got a good breaded one yet, they are always mushy like. Maybe Il get a good recipe or batch.
