Everytime I meat a girl , Im very nice and sweet. I even buy them flowers and candy. I tell me nice things and Im basically a perfect gentlemen . I always end up either losing the girl or some other guy taking her away. Im not sure if being a nice guy is the way to go ? Im actually over nice and over sweet. Does this work with the ladies. Im confused .

I am confused - how do you "meat" a girl? I am sure you meant "meet"? The answer is YES, it is always good to be a nice guy but I think you are getting mixed up with the inner you and the superficial you - flowers and candy and "sweet talk" are all nice but if you are only doing it to get a girl as you put it then I don't think your heart is in the right place. Know who you are and what you want out of a relationship with your future PARTNER, that means a relationship based on equality, communication and trust and most of all respect for each other! If you can manage that than you will find the right "girl".

Wow! I looooove that! My boyfriend doesn't buy candy (has bought flowers!!! :D), but he is a complete romantic and is a GREAT guy! He is the nicest person you will ever meet.... keep it up, there are girls out there that DO appreciate nice guys! I know a lot of girls that would jump at the chance of meeting a perfect gentlemen! Keep going... don't get discouraged... the girls that leave you are not the ones you want to be with. If they are shallow, let them be shallow. YOu can find something better. ;)

It does pay off being a nice guy. Girls get fed up with bad guys after a while and they need to know that the nice guys still exist. It takes a few bad guys, unfortunately, to make them realize what they want is something else.
But don't be overnice; don't smother women with kindness. That gets to be annoying. Someone who is always accommodating looks to other people like they don't have a mind of their own.
Yes, be yourself. Yes, be nice. But don't be so nice so quick that you push girls away from you. Good luck!

You may be good at picking unavailable women. Getting a girl is not rocket science. It doesn't take that much effort. If the girl has intimacy problems or just plain old doesn't like you it can seem damn near impossible and probably is.
You don't have to like whoever likes you. But at the same time you can't pick any girl you want and make her like you by sheer force of will. Attraction is a complicated thing. Some of it is based upon what you do but much of it is influenced by factors that are out of your control, like timing, your age, how tall you are, your race, wether you remind them of someone else they have great affection for, they like bikers, they like computer nerds etc.

The girl is apparently vain and will eventually come to terms that you are not the best looking guy but have the best qualities for a serious relationship. The funny thing about this is that she will more than likely not realize this until she is in her late 20's.

No thats good, girls definatly want you to be nice to them. I think being nice and sweet is the right thing to do, but if your not being yourself then why bother? If you stay with her you'll both get bored of the nice guy thing and it will be over. So try and be yourself. But being a little nice will never hurt.

being overly "nice" comes across as desperate and boring.
being mean or nervous or vulgar or "cool" is not good either.
if the relationship usually lasts one or a few dates, get a female friend to be honest and tell you what you do thats off putting.
if you have relationships that last months but always end look at the traits you are attracted to initially and the places you meet these people.

just be yourself and be confident. sure being nice and sweet is attractive but when u overdo it and lose urself in the process and do just what the girl wants, its not at all attractive. we women love men with enough testosterone content who knows what he wants, confident and with a lot of strength but uses these qualities in a lovable way :) maybe ur being a jelly (follows the form of its container) when being nice w/ a woman. we don't like a jelly man who doesnt have his own self.

It depends on the woman you attract. If you want to be nice, you want also to find a nice woman.
But also don't be nicer than you really are. Because faking it is pretty see threw!!
Be yourself but add a little respect, consideration.
Being "over nice" or "over sweet" is over doing it!!
Sweet is great, if you really are sweet.
