that you felt like going outside and yelling at the tops of your lungs....but you didn't do it thinking that someone would think you we're crazy? Curious because I feel that way now.

I just found out that my ex wife is pregnant. The father is the guy she was cheating on me with. The baby was conceived during the time that we were "still deciding whether or not to try and work it out".

i felt that way my senior year. i walked in my math class and theres a homework tray right next to the door, its like a foot away from you if youre in the doorway. so i was the first to put my homework in the tray. its like when i took my eyes off of it, it wa GONE! i looked around the room to see who was guilty enough to have taken it. it was in pencil too. so i went out to the teacher and he said "oh someone is just probably copying it." i mean he didnt even care which got me even angrier. theres a theif in the class and he didnt care. so i sat there wondering if it will turn up. it never did. i was force to do the work all over again as "LATE" homework and i got JUST ENOUGH points to pass, if i was one point away i would have flunked the homework.
i was SOOO angry i felt like i wanted to yell at the whole class, i dont think i have ever been that angry before in my life. in my i was like how dare someone take my work and get credit for it. i was sooo upset!! so i know how you feel

I bought a boxing bag. Whenever I feel like that, I throw on my gloves and take it out that way. Plus it's good exercise!

Yes I feel that way everyday. Wanna know what I do? I get home and when there is no one home.........
I put on my favorite song and forget about getting myself worked up.
