If by internal life you mean the Holy Spirit and by internal judgment you mean we judge our own actions, then I prefer internal life because we do not know everything that God desires of us.

Let's see if I can be "pacific" - what time is it in California if it's 5:00 in Kansas? Or maybe that's "atlantic", I don't know. Anyway, I'm basically a shy person so I prefer internal life, in my house away from people on the outside and internal judgment makes my stomach hurt. I guess internal life then.

If you're DEAD *internally,* the rest pretty much doesn't matter..
I'd like to go swimming in the Pacific right now, but it's too cold... (?...)

When it comes to internal things, I like to keep them to myself.
And I am being pacific. I live not far from that specific ocean.

Well, having internal punishment is basically being mentally ill.
Wouldn't want that, would we? <_<

I prefer internal life (i.e. intact cell membranes, electro-chemical signals, etc.) If you don't have that, nothing else will matter in the realm of the living.
