Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It helps you keep energized, and naturally, it keeps you focused on thing you need to focus on ( other than hunger ). Eating breakfast every day is also important to staying healthy and in shape.

Lunch for me. I don't get hungry until lunch, and it's my biggest meal of the day. Then I just snack in the afternoon, and only maybe eat dinner.

When I'm home alone, the most important meal is the one that comes when I suddenly feel as though I'm starving...and the hungrier I am, the more fussy I am about what I'll eat...go figure :)

i think maybe lunch, but then i question my response because if you don't have supper then it can be difficult to sleep cause you are hungry. but lunch is good, its central to your day i think.
