You may have gained muscle and burned fat. And it is possible to lose a couple of inches and be the same size, it may have been a tight size 8 and now it is just a size 8. I'm sure the results will come, it usually just starts to melt off after about 4 weeks. So hang in there! And good job :-)

No, you make no sense at all. How can a person lose 4 inches in the waist and 2 in the hips and still be the same size? Impossible!

Once I gained about 30 or 40 pounds and the scales said so, but it didn't show on my body, then all of a sudden it did. So don't give up, it will show very soon and you'll have to get smaller clothes.

You say you're the same size then go on to explin you are not. Re-read your own question and tell me if that makes sense.

Most people tend to lose weight- from the top, down. So you really have to do exercises WHILE your dieting- so your weight will come off -evenly.
