It's stress honey, or it could be something else. But usually if you are depressed about something, or you worry way to much it can take a physical and mental toll on you body. It can be also herditary, if your dad or mom had pre-mature grey hair at a young age, the chances that you'll have them are very large.

This is often genetic. It is not as common to get grey hair at a young age, but it is not unheard of. I have quite a few male friends with this issue . Some are bothered by it and others don't care. There are no ways to stop this except with dying your hair. I would suggest dying it before it all turns white to prevent it from looking so dramatic a change. If it is not a huge change most people won't notice or make to much noise about it. Sorry this so upsetting.

It's genetic. I have a friend whose dad greyed early, she grayed early and both her kids, a boy and a girl grayed early. The three younger folks dye their hair every month or so, because they are too young to go gray.

Stress. My grandfather started getting gray hair at 25, because he suffered from a lot of stress.

the white hair,has to do with stress,worry,,what ever you do don't pluck it out,I've known someone with the same problem,plucked them out ,and got a two 4 one deal,yeah ended up with more than usual...or in my culture the white hair can even mean your wise/gifted,you know what i mean,so i wouldn't WORRY if 'i were you ...
