When Jesus comes back (not from the dead but from heaven) we will bring us back to be with him. So obviously we are starting on a different premise.
That aside he will be happy (joyful) because he sees us (followers who believe that He has earned heaven for us) not as we are -- sinful human beings who continue to mess up -- but as a people he cared enough to die for and who through faith accept that.
I think you have brought up a good aside as well. There are many who do distort what Jesus has said. They may or may not be followers, but they certainly detract from the real truth: Jesus is our Savior.

Says an atheist! LOL
We Christians are not saved because we deserve it. You are under God's will and with His limitations, believe it ot not. Like it or not.
As you have a lot of choices here on earth, there are only two choices what comes to the eternity and they are hell and heaven. ( Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren )
How would you know we have distorted everything what He said if you do not even believe in Him. What I can say is that his judgment is Just. Here you can "bully" God all you want, but when you one day stand in the presence of Lord, He knows what is real and what is not. And that is about your own decision, not about others then.
His message is that he loves you and wants to have a personal relationship with you. If someone tells opposite, do not believe them.

I believe there would be quite a few followers he would be happy with. Although I do question how he may treat some leaders in Christianity. Some of these leaders are not a good example of what Jesus would've asked his disciples to be like. I feel that he would be happy, yet also angered with some. Like all people, none are pervect, nor evil.

nicely it rather is a sturdy element that i do no longer condemn gays to Hell like Christians do. Jesus has a loose will like all human beings else. He ought to apply it instead of fearing for his existence because of the fact Christians think of gays must be in Hell. heavily what's the great deal? so they're diverse. pay interest to how the Christians are asserting that each and every physique of this could be a lie. Now are they offering info to help their claims? Nope! they do no longer understand the fact. additionally they're too busy condemning gays to certainly decide that their savior grow to be a gay. heavily they could be treating homosexuals with appreciate in the event that they figured that out. they're rather sturdy at kissing his *** however. howdy Jesus do you go with for me to kiss your *** returned?

It doesn'tmatter if you believe resurrection or not. It still happens. There are numerous reports coming in from the mission field about people being resurrected days after their death. You may not believe in gravity but it still works. You may not believe in Mac trucks but you wouldn't walk in front of one coming towards you. Jesus will deal with His followers according to Luke chapter 19. Those aren't the ones to be concerned about now is it? lol

Depends on how they live. He would probably be happy with some and a bit disppointed in others. But if they are true followers he will love them either way.

He would be happy with some and not so happy with others
the ones that wear him on thier lips and not in thier hearts
not so much but lets let him decide just lets do unto others
as we would have them do unto us and we'll have nothing to worry about

Yes you are right Jesus will reject the majority of people that claims that are his followers.
Matthew 7:21-23 "“Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22 Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23 And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness"
By the way this is out of context you are very beautiful.

Yeah, I think he would. Dude has been gone a long time. I mean, we'd have to really catch him up on progressive morality, humanism, and a lot of other things before he'll understand how much better our paradigm is than his was then, and his followers are now.
