Credit Card Credits?

I have a Capital One card and am expecting a refund from XM and I have a $0.00 balance. Can I transfer this to my bank account or will they just put my account -$30.00 etc. Thanks

the refund will go onto your credit card. You can use it towards future purchases you make on your card. Or with a lot of credit card companies you can call them and they will mail you a check for the amount.

Credit will go on your card and they won't pay you any interest.
