How old are you if your wife is 31 and your g/f 22? lol Get the wife something like a night out to dinner and some nice jewelry. For the g/f lingerie she'll love it and you'll get to see her in it lol. By the way you're a jerk if you really have a wife and a g/f!!! Oh and the wife will find out sooner or later so be prepared to loose her!!

For the wife, I would suggest a t-shirt that says, "My husband got a girlfriend and all I got was this lousy t-shirt and an STD."

You know, I'm not gonna dog you. To each is own. We don't know what you're experiencing with either. Evidently, you are not feeling complete @ home. So why put yourself through such drama? If kids are involved, all I can say is that we do not live our life for our kids, being in a miserable situation. So the best answer to your question is "Honesty," to both of them & you as well.
