When I feel this way I write every single thing I am thinking down. When I view it makes it look less complicated and gives you a different view. Try it!

I just wrote this earlier, but here you go: 999 times out of 1000 our greatest fears are never realized. I mean it. Think back over your life and ponder the times you have had great fear or apprehension, and you'll discover that most if not all of those times what you worried about never even happened. It's not a far leap from there to the realization that what ever has you worried now, is something that you've allowed a worst case scenario thought process to take over and run amok. So, let it go with the comforting idea that what ever you are so concerned about is really an idea and not reality.
And don't fault yourself for not realizing this. I understand that this is human nature and and that until I was given this information, barely a fingernail grew past long enough to bite, but that's in the past, now.

you do have the control to do it less...first off don't indulge the thoughts. like if your obsessiving over some small thing, by repeating it in your head over and over, make a conscious effort to just not indulge that thought...stop and change the phrase or subject in your head...i know that is sometimes easier said than done. a trick that will help you, start concentrating on your breathing, inhale, count to three, exhale count, count to three..concentrate on the counting and the breathing, that will help break the cycle of thoughts in your head...plus it will help you relax if your anxious....another thing you should do, if you can, try yoga, it's super helpful in clearing the mind. ...if those things don't help, then you can always go to a therapist and talk things out, so they don't just stay in your head..and he can tell you if he thinks you need any medications from a psychiatrist. btw some people said try weed, well that might numb your mind for awhile, but it will actually make anxiety worse in the long run, if you are going to use a substance to dull your mind thats going to create more problems for you...so ignore those suggestions please...hope this helps:)

Well my stress relief is praying to God...but if you're not a believer then maybe you should meditate or something. You don't have to make the noises and cross your legs and all, just when you start to feel that thought attack creeping up...try exercising or singing...not to run away but basically sometimes just being idle can be a bad thing because all you really have to do is think. I used to have this exact problem, and there's no quick fix for thinking, but you CAN control it...when you start to worry about things you cant do anything about immediately, just write them down or talk to someone if you can. I hope this helps.

I've done a lot of work with this. I started by studying metaphysics. They taught us to do a simple concentration exercise of looking at a candle for 10 minutes and making a mark on a piece of paper for each thought that came up. Over weeks-months, this can really help you slow your thoughts down, become more aware of them, be more objective about them. Meditation and Buddhist practices help, no matter what your religious ideas are. These practices can be beneficial to all people because they help people to slow their thoughts down and see them for what they really are. There are a lot of good books on this as well. One book that i recommend- The Art of Living- William Hart. There are many resources for learning about this on the internet, at the library, through local meditation practice groups, etc. A good website- www.meditationexpert.com
Hope this helps. It's helped me. But keep in mind, like everything it takes practice.
One more thing about thinking a lot. Often what can keep us thinking about something specific over and over is not looking at it fully. If you can accept all your thoughts and see them from a neutral standpoint, they have less power over you. You are not your thoughts is another way of looking at this.

To start with, when you worry about something, ask yourself: do I need to worry about this now, or can I worry about it later? If you can worry about it later, write a note. Getting a mini whiteboard, bulletin board, or message center helps. If you worry about trivial things, try making small but enjoyable rewards at the end of the day. When you worry about the silly things, think "tonight I can buy a new book" or "I can sleep in tomorrow morning". Write down what you need to take care of the next day so you aren't worrying as you wind down for the night. Good luck!

If by potential of "administration" you advise "regulate", then the respond is that a style of governments will declare this style of administration or perhaps the FCC regionally lays some claims to this style of "administration" for kinfolk information superhighway. If by potential of administration you advise the potential to coach it on and stale, exchange it, provide get admission to to it etc. then the internet - by potential of layout - does not have a centralized controller. the internet became designed in theory returned interior the 60's as a project of DARPA and the objective became to create a decentralized community of desktops the place the community itself might stay to tell the story a nuclear attack that destroyed between the nodes on the information superhighway. whilst significant aspects of this layout have been lost by strengthen and enlargement of the internet, the hassle-loose premises nonetheless exist interior the technologies that makes up the internet. So...there are businesses that very own the actual infrastructure - customarily telephone businesses and people who've offered aspects from telcos besides as businesses who've emerged with the internet and characteristic outfitted out actual infrastructure. those businesses each and each shelter their very own networks and then hook up with a minimum of one yet another forming the internet. As such, each and all the businesses characterize a subset of the internet, yet are not the internet itself without one yet another. as a results of this, none of them administration it.

I took a meditation course called "The Silva Method".
Maybe you've heard the term to count your blessings. If you list 5 good things that happened to you you will feel good. Now if you list 5 unresolved injustices you'll probably feel angry. So concentrate on the "good things".

it can be very difficult. i'm no professional, but there are several things you can try.
-do something physically shocking to your system, such as wash your face with ice cold water
-have a mix or playlist of uplifting energetic music. you MUST sing and dance with it
just a couple of ideas there.
