I just bought a nice white ceramic baking pan at big lots. They have varies sizes and they work wonderfully..About eight dollars a piece

A 2 Qt is 8x11" so you can figure it out. Fudging a little here or there doesn't really matter too much--as long as you're not "waaaaay' off !

So, a 9x13 would work or 7x11, both rectangles or you can use the rounds--and the rounds usually say on the bottom exactly how much they hold, i.e. 1/12 qt, 2 qt etc. and be sure to allow for overflow especially when making cobblers or other juicy, delicious confections! Happy Baking.

a 9x9x1 inch pan holds exactly 8 cups
a 9x13 holds 12.

for 2 quarts, it is 8 cups, so the 9x9 would be a bit small and run over. I would use the 9x13. It might be a bit thinner, but it will not run over and bubble over smoking up the kitchen.
