All those elves being forced to work year round making toys for every child on earth- and Santa doesn't even pay them!
Someone needs to put a stop to this atrocity!

Who will help me do something about this? I am trying to organize protests and write letters to our congressmen to get them to step in and stop this corrupt operation.
The organization will be called S.P.E.W.- society for the promotion of Elvish welfare.

Do you agree that something needs to be done about this?

Plus breaking and entering, not respecting zones set by the whoever that governs air space and flight patterns, entering countries without a passport, entering illegally, not cleaning up after those damn deer (and we think birds are bad in flight!), the damage his sleigh, deer, and his own weight to do roofing materials, etc.

Well Lindsey --
How in hell could anyone BE so wrong ? There isn't one single thing that you have right here !! You just simply do not get it !! And, how could you ever expect to have any kind of "legal procedings" be successful when most all of your premise FOR them are false !!

Let's break it down --- first of all -- the elves --- they are not "forced" to work at all --- it is an "elf" thing -- it is in their genes -- they can't help it or control it !! And, they don't get paid --- because -- they pay Santa to ALLOW them to work (how do you think Santa gets by with only working one day a year and still be well enough off to give all those toys away ?) !! They all live of a Trust Fund worth Billions left to them from thousands of years ago by their forefathers---and, most of THEM are at least 120 years old (they live to something like 350 -- but, they never die -- they just ---- disappear !!) ☼

Anyway -- labor laws that the Congress has anything to do with wouldn't touch these guys anyway --- WAY out of the Congress' jurisdiction (and besides-- they can't even deal with the labor laws inside the USA's borders -- let alone anywhere else !!)
Besides, the elves would simply FREAK if they thought they were in line for anything akin to "welfare" --- they would simply FREAK --- It would be like putting them in chains !!!
So, for God's sake don't start trouble where things are running smoothly -- if it ain't broke -- don't be "fixing it" !!!

And, to the dork up topside ▲ who is saying that all children "should be in bed" ---- where the hell do think this site is posted -- down the block from YOU -- Y-A is world-wide
and somewhere -- right now -- there are people getting UP from a long night's sleep and clicking into Yahoo with their morning coffee !! ► Santa is going to bring you a bag of Idiot Grease for Christmas --- to slick up your brain a little !!! ◄

Since they are in the North Pole it is sort of like working in a third world country. Santa is big on outsourcing, producing cheap toys for foreign markets. Tough to enforce US labor laws.

Think about this. If Santa Claus is capable of delivering present to kids all around the world overnight, how in the world will the law ever catch him?

Something must be done but you are going about it the wrong way. If you change the letters in santa, they spell satan. That is no coincidence. So you must address Jesus for the solution not congressmen. Congress' polls are down anyway and they wouldn't be much help.

its too cold to go up and pick a fight with santa... besides then everyone would get lumps of coal for christmas. u want the elves to get paid start tipping santa more than cookies and milk, and im sure he will share the wealth with the elves.

well there is no proof there is a real santa which there prolly isnt since they only invented scanable barcodes for people in like the last 5 years or some where in that time. so it reallys soungds with the way that it goes that he is fake but you could always just take an expedition up to the northpole and look for his house but you would die prolly.

Since the North Pole is located outside US juris diction, Santa is able to operate his sweat-shop with impunity.

Because he needed medical attention instead after getting mud-stomped in front of the salvation Army. His elves beat feet when the beating began.
