my ex's cell phone say"s call unavable or out of the severs are dose that mean he cut his cell phone off or what dose it mean he said i could call when ever i wanted to and i told him same thing he calls me and i been calling him until now now his cell say what i said it did could have cute it off cause he has befor when we were dateing cause he could not pay the bill then he got it back on when he got the money to. thanks for the help my cell is a pay card cell phone and his is on a sing up deal. again thanks.

It means he can't pay his bill.Why don't you get a job and help him get his phone turned back on,because you keep running up his bill.
