I think he is cool, but a little extreme. I wonder if some of his mean-ness is put on for the cameras. I have seen him be very kind and supportive, but oooh that temper!! I can understand getting frustrated when your staff is slow and stupid, making so many mistakes because the main job of the chef (at least at the cafe my hubby and I run) is to cook and make sure all the food goes out properly cooked, on time and seasoned correctly. (Teaching is for teachers in culinary school, by the time you graduate a chef should be able to do his job in the kitchen without the HS holding his or her hand) Anyway that is just the opinion of this chef. of course Tracy Grimshaw "attacked" Gordon in a greater mature way and he or she replaced into greater or much less retaliating then going after him for no reason. yet is this particularly a brilliant marvel from Gordon Ramsay? This replaced into in all probability his way of complimenting her for God's sake. The area that pissed off me the main replaced into Gordon Ramsay made a fact asserting that he chanced on what Grimshaw mentioned to be disgusting, i'm confident i've got made my factor already, yet what he mentioned (and for no reason) replaced into greater disgusting and overwhelming than something Grimshaw mentioned.

For TV he is cool. In a real pro kitchen he would last about 5 minutes. He would have zero staff.

The chefs main job is to teach. You do not teach by humiliating your staff.

BUT I would go nuts in Nightmare Kitchens.
