Im almost 5'1 and weigh 108...I'm on the thin side and always have been, but I eat lots of food, I exercize, and feel great. People are always telling me to eat and they say i'm sooo tiny. Well I do eat! How do I respond to these comments they're kind of getting irritating. With all the eating disorders around today noone thinks that there are naturally small people anymore, they figure I must be starving myself.

I gave up responding to comments like that, I just ignore them.

Ask them what's for dinner?

Wow, that sounds like an invitation....

Are you trying to ask me out?

yeah I know, right?

whenever I am in a tempermental mood I always look at the person and say, "Is that what you meant to say?" It comes out like a challange and they are forced to think about what they just said.

I get that all the time myself. I just find that telling them about what you eat, and eating it in front of them helps. I've done it myself, and it's kinda fun to see their eyes glaze over with jealousy.

I agree with you. I have the same problem. Just try and ignore them. Don't worry about it, you know you are taking care of yourself. Tell them if they need help with diet and exercise you will help them.

These people sound really jealous... not many people can eat what they want and still be skinny.
