You might need to add food that is high in potassium such as Banana's , Orange juice, it's usually a sign you've depleted this in your body..........Give it a try

Yes but mostly with my toes. I try to shake my foot around. It gets painful for me but it doesn't take long for that pain to go away and my toes to go back to normal. I also try to bend my toes which works sometimes too. I do the same with my fingers.

yes it has and mine hurt like hell just yesterday my big toe locked up and I had to take my hands and really work on getting it to unlock it hurt me so bad that at first I could not even bend over to pull on my toes I kept rubbing my hands together and get them real warm and that is how I got it to release and relax and I was very happy and thanked God for the release of my toe

I get a bit of a cramp in my toes and have to step it out. Never in my fingers. That doesn't sound too good, you should have it looked at. Could be a symptom of something else.

You should try to have more potassium either in pill form or eat a banana a day and a orange.
That should help enough to where you can tell a difference.

Yes, they cramp up on occasion. It's not cute either, lol. My grandmother's toes did it too and it was just AWFUL to see. She felt pain and her toes literally curled. Not CUTE!!! :(

Eat two bananas a day for a week...you will find the cramping will go away.

It happens to me ever so often. I just tend to massage what ever it is (if possible) until it wants to work again.
I am not sure what causes it... but you are not alone!
