The KJV Bible says:

Col 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

This one has me confused, why worship angels in adition to GOD/JESUS/HOLY SPIRIT?

Midnight, this vs is not about calling one to worship angels, but rather to not be "tricked" (beguiled) much like the mormons who believe in the Angel "moroni" . The Jews also worship angels , and make use of them as mediators and intercessors, which is clear from their liturgy, or prayer books, where they say

``(Mymxr ykalm) , "O ye angels of mercies", or ye merciful angels, ministers of the most High, entreat now the face of God for good:''

and elsewhere,

``they say three times, let Juhach keep us, let Juhach deliver us, and let Juhach help us:''

now Juhach was the name of an angel, who they supposed had the care of men, and is taken from the final letters of those words in (Psalms 91:11) they speak of an angel whom they call Sandalphon, who they say is appointed over the prayers of the righteous: with this notion the judaizing and false teachers seem to have been tinctured, and against which the apostle here cautions the saints, lest, under a show of humility, they should be drawn into it: and to preserve them from it, he observes, that such an one who should spread and propagate such a notion, was one that was
intruding into those things which he hath not seen;
vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind; judging of things not according to the word of God, and with a spiritual judgement, and according to a spiritual sense and experience, but according to his own carnal reason, and the vanity of his mind; being puffed and swelled with an high opinion of himself, of his great parts and abilities, of his knowledge of things above others, and of his capacity to penetrate into, and find out things which were not seen and known by others: this shows that his humility was forced, and only in outward appearance, and was not true and genuine.

True humility is an excellent grace; it is the clothing and ornament of a Christian; nor is there anything that makes a man more like Christ, than this grace; The Bible insists on the proof of Christ being superior to angels; showing that he has a more excellent name than they had; that he was the Son of God in such sense as they were not the sons of God; that they were worshippers of him, that they were creatures made by him, and even ministering spirits to his saints, the heirs of salvation: and very rightly, is worshipping of angels condemned here by the apostle, since God ONLY is the object of worship; since these are creatures, and so not to be adored; are worshippers of God and Christ themselves, and have refused adoration when it has been offered to them.
So in conclusion to all the information that I know about the angels they are NOT ever to be worshipped, that sacrifice belongs to God alone!

Colossians 2

2:18
Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you for the prize. Such a person goes into great detail about what he has seen, and his unspiritual mind puffs him up with idle notions

Here's the NIV version so you can understand it a little bit better!
If you read the whole chapter it's saying not to let people like that do worship angels, and are fake to pull you away from your walk with christ!

Paul's purpose in writing this letter to the town of Colosse was to refute the heretical teachings that were influencing the Colossian church, which included the worship of angels as intermediaries between God and man. Instead of refuting the false teaching point by point, Paul shows that all things are fulfilled in the person of Christ. He stresses that all wisdom and spiritual understanding can be found in the God-man who redeemed them and now holds authority over all things.

This is saying the opposite of what you perceive it to say. We are NOT to worship angels, and angels should shun worship from another. We all should be pointing in the same direction...YHWH, the Father, just as Yahshua pointed in His direction.
To clarify, the worshipping of angels would BEGUILE you(defraud or steal)your reward by your voluntarily bowing down to these angels. This would come from a FLESHLY MIND. Read the next verses and I think this will clarify it for you.
This deals greatly with angels of darkness who have come to force people to observe 'traditions of men' instead of obeying His commandments.

Good question. Cor 2:18 is pretty clear. It says your... worshipping of angels.
This conflicts with other parts of the Bible.
From the answers here, I deduce that when this happens a person is free to pick the option they prefer and pretend that the other choice doesn't exist or that it says something other than what is really says.

God forbids the worshiping of angels. John fell down at an angel's feet and even the angel told John not to worship him but worship God.

Pretty Dangerous. The Scriptures also tell us that our prayers and worship should be directed to God alone. Faithful angels encourage us to do that. For example, when the apostle John tried to worship an angel, that spirit creature rebuked him, saying: “Be careful! Do not do that! . . . Worship God.”—Revelation 19:10.

I worship some angels of the female gender because I am given a choice to do so. I don't care if they don't have any visible wings... The Bible says to worship angels and that settles it, I do worship angels... So what's the problem with you guys?

Here is what another version says, which puts the phrase about worshipping angels into a negative context, the intended meaning.
"Let no one disqualify you, insisting on self-abasement and worshipping of angels, taking his stand on visions, puffed up without reason..."
Woshipping angels would be part of the disqualifying.
