this sunday morning and make a pitcher of Bloody Mary's. Pre-NFL football eats, what would be a nice side dish with this meal?

I would offer a bowl of fresh cut fruit in case any of your guests do not like spicy food. As for what would go with Mexican Breakfast casserole, how about maple flavored cornbread muffins or mini muffins with honey butter to spread on top?

Maybe to go along with your Mexican theme... why not fry up some flour tortillas cut like a pizza and get them all toasted. Then sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar while they are hot? Would make nice little munchies and satisfy a sweet tooth:)

Yummm sounds good!! I would add some fresh bolitos as well as some tortillas and tomatillo salsa, which you could whip up in no time in the blender and some chiuaua cheese and fresh fruit of some sort. Have a great time.
