I think I may be allergic to the blue dye in American Eagle jeans and I was wondering if anyone knows where to find the information about how they treat the material.

Can you wear other jean brands? What happened to me was that I kept getting a rash, on my legs and body, but it was not the fabric. It was the the laundry products, and bath and body products that I was using, that I was having a reaction to. All of these home products, and personal care items, have a lot of chemicals in them that can irriate the skin. Making my skin dry, itchy, or rashes. I changed over to natural products, and the itchy dry rash went away in just a few days. Helped me a lot, hope it can help you also.

you could try writing to the company and asking them, they are likely the only ones who know. But considering how many other manufacterers make jeans I cant imagine bothering with it, just buy a different brand.

Go with whatever fits you best. I personally like Hollister jeans over AE.
