Is this just a metaphorical question? Or do you really want to know how to make lemonade? If metaphorical, give more info, if for real, here's a good recipe.
1 cup boiling water
1 cup sugar
1 cup lemon juice
a two liter pitcher
ice and cold water
Just dissolve the sugar in the boiling water, pour sugar water and lemon juice into pitcher over ice, add water and stir, it's absolutely delicious, you will never go back to frozen or store bought lemonade after this!!

Here's a good recipe that will use up about 8 or 10 of those lemons....which I lived close !!!
Grandma's Real Old-Fashioned Natural Lemonade
Makes about 8 cups
A Old-Fashioned Summer time treat ...!
Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed from 8 large lemons (1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup of sugar, granulated - more or less to taste
5 cups cold well water
1 large lemon, cut into small wedges or thin cartwheel slices
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, granulated sugar and 2 cups of cold water; stir briskly to dissolve the sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and stir briskly again.
To make a Honey Flavored Lemonade:
Substitute your favorite "honey" for the granulated sugar. Adjust more or less to taste.
To make a Pink Lemonade:
Add a few drops of grenadine syrup or Grandma's red frosting food coloring.

This is a quick and simple method I use to make lemonade:
Buy 1-2 packs of On The Go Crystal Light
Fill a pitcher with water, and add the packet of Crystal Light [Only one]
Add a few squeezes of lemon to your drink, and put in 5-6 ice cubes.
Open the 2nd packet of Crystal Light if you desire more sweetness.
It's so good! I love it =]

4 lemons (room temp)
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 cups cold water
1. Place the lemons in the microwave on high for 20 to 30 seconds. (Lemons can also be warmed by placing them in a bowl and pouring boiling water over them. Allow them to sit in the hot water for 30 seconds.).
2. After the lemons have been warmed, roll them on a solid surface using the palm of your hand until you feel the flesh softening.
3. After rolling the lemons, cut them in half crosswise. Place one half of the lemon on the juicer, apply pressure and twist the lemon to remove the juice. The juice can also be removed by squeezing the lemon by hand.
4. In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil and then add 1 1/2 cup of sugar.
5. Continue to cook over medium low heat until sugar has completely dissolved.
6. Remove from the heat and add the fresh lemon juice. Stir to mix thoroughly and then allow the mixture to cool.
7. Add mixture to 6 cups of cold water and stir.
