I found a cheep Balisong trainer, it was about ten bucks and I always thought Balisong knifes were cool so I am thinking about getting it. What I want to know is what is the best book, video, and/or website for learning how to use one.

Jeff Imada was one of the pioneers in promoting the Balisong in the U.S. back in the 80s and made a lot of how to videos and books. Just google his name and I'm sure you'll find lots of sites dedicated to him.

Here's one:

I taught myself.
Be sure to train "Both" hands.
I bought two so I could train both hands at the same time.
I created some great freestyle Katas,(Forms),and was going to perform them when the laws here changed,Calif.

Now they are just "Felony letter openers"
(PC 12020),(Penile Code 12020)
