I think to stay in hotels you have to be 18 - but try b&b's in a place you want to go. Fairly cheap and in almost every city/town/village!

I've visited Portsmouth and i know for a fact there's b&b's there that would let you stay, you wouldn't need id just cash! £30 a night per room not per person. Try the Sandringham Hotel along Osbourne Road, Southsea :)

Look up UK Travelodge.

It's our cheapest hotels, they might not seem cheap, but they are REALLY good value compared to most options, i wouldn't recommend B&B's because you can get some really nasty one's and i would trust Youth hostels as i don't feel that safe in them.

anywhere particular in england?!

i'd recommend youth hostels - for the most part, clean, cheap, and the name would suggest suitable for young people. google where you want to stay with youth hostel
