Does ps3 that bought from USA works ok in Middle East countries? What about regional lock?

I mean the zone-code problem, I know about the adapter, The clear question is that if I bought PS3 from USA, May I confront a problem in playing local PS3 games & DVDs later?

You will need to buy a transformer if the power supply in the Middle East is 240V. Buy a transformer that is about 300-500W and you will be fine. The PS3 games won't have problems if you buy PS3 games in the Middle East, unless you buy PS2 games, you will need American Editions. Hope this helps!
