Raw foods ?

I just found out that raw foods are healthy for a cats diet. If so, can anybody tell me what kind of raw foods, I mean do I grab a piece of raw steak from the fridge and feed it to my cats? I don't really get it. I'm trying to be a better mommy for them. Thanks.

My cat's favourite is raw mince. It is the easiest for them to eat. I try and leave it out of the fridge for about 15 minutes first so it is not so cold for her. Many of them use rabbit meat. Rabbit meat is an all white meat and is similar to chicken.High in protein and very low in fat. Rabbit meat is good for people too.

Don't do pork....she could get worms. I think chicken, turkey, and fish are good for cats as long as they're not cooked.
