Sadly, I think this is a lost cause. He's involved with someone else. Even if that relationship doesn't last, too much time has passed for him to reconnect with you. I feel bad that you missed out with this guy because you were shy. But who knows, maybe it's for the best.

You can take from it that he found you attractive - that was a very nice thing to say, and he didn't have to say it. So feel confident about your "alluringness" and flirt it up with some other guys. Keep looking around, and you'll find someone else who's really nice with a powerful presence, I promise! :D

If I was you you should respect that he is seeing someone. Because if you was with him and someone was trying to hit on him then you wouldn't like that at all. All you can do is to be friends. You never know when yall hang out that he she how laid back you are then he might go for you. But don't interfere with what he gots. Just be there for a friend and see where that goes.

He has a girlfriend already. Don't be the "other woman" if it's ment to happen, eventually he will be single and he's free game. Until that time, make sure he doesn't loose your number. Keep in contact via e-mail once in a blue moon, so he knows you haven't forgotten about him.

He told you straight out he is seeing someone else. That's your answer. You're not in the picture. Use this as a learning experience - next time you meet someone you click with, don't be so shy

He's ALREADY TAKEN. Got it? Or can't you respect that? What's he supposed to do? Drop her for you? Leave him another note telling him that you would be available if things ever don't work out with the one he is with. Then wait your turn.

He said he's seeing someone else. . . move on. He probably was involved when you shared a kiss.
