We cant spot reduce body fat -the only way to get rid of your belly is by reducing body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise
sit ups and crunches will only make it look bigger because all they do is build muscle - they dont burn any fat
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Make a diet journal. Right down EVERY thing you eat, then make notes on the next page on what you can do to help lose more. Do you have a treadmill? If not, just take a walk everyday. My mom did that for a month and lost 10 pounds aside from the diet. Also, try to get more active in EVERYthing. Don't walk to things, jog! You'll lose more carbs.
Jump rope also plays a big job. Jump rope for five minutes straight. Give it all you got, and don't stop, even if your legs and calves are burning. This is a great workout!
Since your fat is in the middle, try to do a lot of curlups (basically situps). Same thing with jumproping. Don't stop even if your body can't take it. Since it's in the middle, curling your stomach up will help. Tip: When doing curl-ups, put hands on thighs to begin with. Then bring to top of knee. This is better than puting your arms behind your neck because 1.) IT will stregthen your neck more 2.) It will maximize the amount of hard work.
Remember, whatever you do, NO PAIN, NO GAIN!

Well one really important thing is food. It's important that you still eat three meals a day, and don't skip a meal because otherwise you will really hungy and want to eat more. Instead, make your portions smaller when you eat, and eat healthy stuff. You can still eat snacks too, but maybe instead of a cookie, try a cracker. When you're thirsty, drink water, not soda or juice. Protein will help keep you full longer, and eat lots of veggies and fruit. Don't eat food with lots of calories.
It's important to exercise everyday too. They say that people should exercise for at least 30 minutes a day to stay healthy and fit. But since you are trying to lose weight too, I would do about an hour a day. If you are going somewhere and it's close by, don't drive, but walk or ride your bike. You could also go jogging everyday too. Since you want to lose belly fat, doing exercises to help your abs would be good. I would recommend sit ups/crunches, start by doing small numbers, and increasing the amount everyday.
Getting a membership to the gym, and even a person trainer could really help too. It would be fun if you signed up with a friend because you could encourage each other. Good luck!

You can't just lose fat in one spot. Even if you do crunches and situps, that's only gonna build muscle under the fat and make your stomach stick out further. If you want to lose your stomach fat you need to lose weight all over. To do this you should first talk to your mom to make sure she's okay with you losing weight. Then you can get her to make healthier meals for you, and maybe start running or going to the gym.

You can only lose weight uniformly. Walking and doing housework is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. From http://myweight.info

Since you asked ...
You need to do cardio and avoid refined foods. No sugar, no pasta, no pastries, no soda - you get the point. Take up running - run for at LEAST 30 minutes per day. Add a weight routine 3 days per week.
That's how you do it - now go do it!

You could try doing sit-ups and crunches. Jogging uphill or up stairs also helps with losing weight around your waist and hips.
