No I am not fearful. It is a compilation of God inspired stories. Interpreted by uneducated and possibly fearful MEN. While I think that there is much that is good in the bible as a basis for how to treat your fellow man, it is a book. Written by men. Edited by men. Maybe inspired in some measure by God? What happened to the parts they did not want to include? Why aren't any of the apostles women? I have many questions about the total belief that has inspired so many people to live a certain way because of this book.
And not have questions they speak out loud.

I am as fearful of not believing the Bible as I am not believing in Little Red Riding Hood.
Show me a talking wolf dressed as grandma, or show me some evidence of some god, and I might reconsider.

Not at all. I've read the bible several times, there's nothing to fear believing or disbelieving about it.
It's a book containing poetry, philosophical writings, all sorts of stories, mistranslations, contradictions and re-written myths, but an interesting read nonetheless.

... are your fearful not to believe what the Wizard of Oz states? The Bible is still allegorical, and it's not in any way historically (or morally in some cases) accurate.

As an occultist I see every religion as all apart of the greater truth that lies deep within our own souls and the bible is not the only source of light and love for this is a universal reality that we all share alike and will do so for all eternity.

The Bible is full of errors and contradictions, so I am fearful of trusting it.
When I want to know what to believe, I talk with God.
If you are afraid of talking with God, I guess you'll have to settle for the Bible.

Not fearful, as the bible was written by human hands, not God's. It is a person's interpretation of what is God's will. It is either interpretation or someone twisting words so their own will is what is being said.

Are you fearful about black cats crossing your path? Are you fearful about walking under a ladder? Are you fearful to open an umbrella indoors? Are you fearful about stepping on cracks?
