you cant spot reduce body fat - the only way to get rid of belly fat is lowering your body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise. your belly is just one place your body prefers keeping its fat reserves.
sit ups and crunches will only make it look bigger because all they do is build muscle -they dont burn any fat.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I think you should first relax. You can't stress over this, because you will end up throwing up your food. then you'll become beliemic or anarexic. Now, first i think you should look at your diet. What are you eating to cause this problem? Since you're fifteen i believe one problem maybe the school lunch. I think you should consider trying some healthy choices on your schools menu or bringing your own lunch. I also think next year you should consider taking physical education (if your not already). One last thing, you should do sit-ups after school when yo get home. I also think after that, run around your house 10 times. That should help you in about 5 weeks.

first of all don't give up sweets cuz you'll binge i know i gave up chips for 14 days and ended up eaing a lot and fo your stomach... don't do 100 situps start small i started with 5 and didn't pu my hands up on my head thneni did 10, 15, 20 after that i put my hands on my head and did the situps now i do 10-15 evernight and my stomach is firmer

well, first give up any sugar, refined foods, and white flower products you can. Than, make sure to avoid alcahol.
walk every day, take the stairs not the elevator, give up watching tv. and get away from the internet, limit your time online.
