I am Asian and I like my single eyelids. Although I like them, I would like to make them bigger. Could anyone tell me if there is a surgery that makes eyes bigger without having double-eyelid surgery? *Note: Please do not reply with anything along the lines of "you should be happy with your looks"

A nice eyeliner and curl your lashes.

They could do an eye lift - Blepharoplasty.

It's not the double eyelid surgery...ask your doctor for a recommendation on a surgen to help you decide what will work with you.

I don't think that there's anything wrong with the surgery. This generation is really focused on achieving a perfection - I'm 22 and know a couple friends who have had cosmetic surgery (including myself), none of us are snotty rich kids - just middle class people. Cosmetic surgery has become so mainstream. If this is what you want - go for it!

There isn't a cosmetic surgery available to make eyes look larger. Eyes are pretty much set. The brow can be lifted to open the eye area if it is sagging or the lid can be manipulated to create a double lid. A brow lift is for people who have some sagging or drooping usually caused by aging.

There are other ways to make your eyes appear larger though.

1) Shape your eye brows to open the area & complement your face shape. Related links:

2) Apply eyeliner tight against the upper lash line only. Applying it to both top & bottom lash lines can close in the eye & make it apprear smaller.

3) This tip is a bit risky because you may irritate the inner rim of your lower lid but it works. Use a white eye liner to the inner rim of your lower lid to make the whites of your eyes look brighter & larger.

4) Curl your lashes.

5) Apply a bit of blue mascara over black mascara to make the whites of your eyes look brighter.

i friend wore one of those tape things that make a crease on ur eyelid.. she ended up going to the hospital cuz it didn't come off and her eye got really swollen. they took it out but it was swollen for months but later she got the crease. for god sake love ur face the way it is. everyone is beautiful in their own way.

Yes, there is a surgery (blepharoplasty) that exists, but I wouldn't reccomend it because there are high complications and you can risk going blind.

Why not try makeup tricks instead?
