In battle is it ok for an officer to dress an infantry soldier as an officer so he will be safer shouting commands during battle?

To the enemy the soldier shouting orders could just be a loud soldier who's angry so he just shouts alot...

Officers and enlisted men wear the same uniforms. Rank insignias are not real obvious when in the field. Despite this an Officer can be spotted because like all soldiers Officers have a job to do. That job includes certain actions that make them readily identifiable. Much like the guys carrying SAW's their jobs are are also readily identifiable.

Most soldiers understand teamwork. The goal is for all our guys to come out alive while we destroy the enemy's ability to fight.

Officers wear the same uniform as enlisted, but a single officer in the battle field being killed is not as big of a deal now a days, because we all know our job and are ready to step forward and cover down and accomplish the mission.

guy, i wish you probably did not lose a lot sleep arising with those wonderful legal questions. Perry Mason you ain't. before each and everything, the officer is going to testify before you so maximum of what you're wanting to waste all and multiple's time with the following is already going to be replied; he will clarify why he pulled you over, he will say how he ordinary your % and he would or received't cope with the govt mistake he made on the citation (which makes no longer one little bit of massive difference and no, does no longer mean he become any more suitable likely to make the different mistake). he will gladly admit he don't have "confusing" info to back up his declare that you've been rushing (rather because what you're deliberating as "confusing" info isn't required to back up his declare). And your idea of "confusing" info being a printout of a radar interpreting in basic terms skill one element...that someone, someplace become utilizing seventy 9 miles an hour. It would not instruct that you've been so that is somewhat worthless. a printed rfile isn't required to convict you of rushing. he's truly no longer going to confess that judging % in accordance to a distinct motorcar's speedometer isn't sufficient info, because that is sufficient info in each and every courtroom docket i'm attentive to. yet you wanted questions: If he would not say for the time of his testimony, ask for the finest time the speedometer become calibrated. 2 different factors that were already made: Ask the position you pay the tremendous. do not walk in there all Perry Mason'ed up. you're going to go back off like a jerk and the choose will be, at perfect, amused. At worst, he or she will be pissed.

An officer has to be recognized by all of the people on his or her side. Not everyone is familiar with everyone else. There is also the question of legally in the event of capture. It is against the rules to disguise your rank. That is if you play by the most stupid rules.

dude it's not OK for an officer to disguise as a enlisted. the enlisted would see it as a sign of cowardice. an officer must lead by example and let his men under his/her commend know that he is not above danger. that the officer will be with them in the good times, the bad times and the ugly times.that is real leadership

No thats not ok. Putting another soldier at risk because you don't want to be. That would never be allowed, and you would be hard pressed to find a soldier willing to do that.

No officer would do that. Those are his men. He's responsible for them and its not a game.
Plus it's automatic Brig time.
