Okay so I am a dieter, and I have lost 20 pounds...
I am wanting to lose 40 more pounds...and on the way i wanna loes inches...
What are some easy workouts I can do at home that will help me lose inches...

if you are losing weight but not inches- you are not losing fat.
you lose fat if you lose inches but not necesserily pounds.
you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and some light weight training a few times a week.
plus - eat enough, dont deprive yourself, have 5-6 small meals a day, 64oz of water a day, lots of fruit and veggies, lean protein, complex carbs, healthy fats.

while you watch TV on the couch do some simple crunches with out touching the ground with your feet and you can lay on the ground and do leg lifts or have someone stand and you put your head on the ground between their feet then raise your legs over your head and they will push them to the ground then do that a few times it will kill your stomach at first but the results are great.
