Pork Roast last night for dinner-left out overight and all today
in oven covered w/foil...
throw out or safe to eat?

No, it's probably teeming with bacteria. Never leave meat out, especially in a warm environment like an oven.

Throw away pork is very unsafe if left out to long. I do know people that will eat food that has been left out all night. I would not even it i have a hard time eating left-overs that was refrigerated.

Come on. What's more important to you, saving a buck or your health? A doctor's visit is more expensive than a pot roast, yes?

I have a gas oven so I would throw mine to the dog, but I am really not sure of its really ok or not. I do have friends in bachelors years that would not take care of supper and still eat it next night. they were fine, probably just over pickled from their secret juice stash lol. If in doubt throw out!

you must throw it out could make you very ill because it was not cooled off and kept cool..
