I agree with the crackers, but also laying down on your stomach helps for some reason

Have a cup of warm tea with Honey and a pinch of ground Ginger. This usually works - sip tea slowly, it's not meant to be rushed.
Eating a few Crackers whenever you feel nauseous helps too.
Some people find that eating McIntosh Apples work as well - especially during pregnancy

apply pressure to both wrists in the middle about 2-3 fingers down from the hand (like Sea Bands do--acupressure points)

chew on some fresh ginger root. You can also make a tea with it. It works very quickly.
