I believe it is not legal for you to have any other color lights on a MOVING vehicle other than red yellow and white, they "blue" headlights are a very bright halogen light blue and some you can buy that are darker are also not legal.
Before purchasing any colored lights for your vehicle I would call your local police department and ask them before you end up really paying for that 20 dollar bulb the hard way.

Fog lights can be incandescent (rare), halogen (bright white) or amber. They have a special aiming pattern and should only be used during rain or fog.

"Driving" lights are almost always bright halogens are for off-road use only. They are auxiliary lights.

Regular headlights can be incandescent, halogen or HID (high intensity discharge, e.g. Xenon -- these are the bright white with a bluish tint.)

Aftermarket "blue" tinted bulbs are worthless and are nothing more than dress-up lights for boy race cars.

NO BLUE LIGHTS!!! The bluish-white headlamps on some newer cars are bad enough, but if you put after-market blue lights on your car, you will soon be talking to the local police!
