Do you read the whole question and any explanatory notes added or do you just READ the KEYWORDS?

I'm asking cos I've seen a lot of answers that suggest people didnt read the whole question but just skimmed over the keywords beofre they posted?

I always read the whole question. If a question is ever to long to read, I skip answering it rather than just skim it. I actually think it's kind of rude when people don't read the whole question, and I know what you are talking about. Once I read this question and it was like: "Can you give me some songs by Paramore, not Misery Business." and half the answers were like "Misery Business".

Annoying!!!

Can't spk for others but personally, I find it annoying for when someone answers a questions that's not been asked or partially answers a q.

Anyway, one has to sort through most of the answers proferred anyway (in order to find out which one makes sense). Some make u wonder if some people know wht they are talking about or just gave in to the urge to type something!

Yes I have noticed the same thing. However, I am an avid reader and I do read the WHOLE question. Some of the answers are quite amusing though

I read over the whole question because I don't want to BE one of those idiots who misanswered the question because they didn't read all the way through. In 3rd grade we had a test on instructions and everyone except one person failed. Smartpants. lol. Jk.Have a nice day.

The only time I don't read the whole question is if the grammar and spelling are so horrible, it makes my eyes bleed. Or if the asker types like: WhAt Is YoUr FaVoRiTe CoLoR?????????? -- except they go on for six paragraphs.
