Anything general, like jogging or cycling. These things don't concentratte on certain muscles or bodyparts but instead give the entire body a good work out, whilst keeping you fit and healthy.

Swimming and water aerobics. Both low impact and they shape and tone the entire body, it's also fun:)

I own an elliptical machine. They're great! Fantastic total body workout.

Yoga!
It's great. Works out your entire body. And it exercises your mind and spirit too.
