If so, please share with me who they are.

I also admire John MacDonald, and the man in Florida who is elderly now, but afire with educating Christians. (What is his name?)

Other great ones, please?

Yes, the Dalai Lama. Do yourself a favor and listen to him. You'll be glad you did.

Yes I agree Joel Olsteen is a fine soul, he reaches out to millions, he is always smiling, uplifting, encouraging, just a very happy person in general. And thats great, I think he is a blueprint of how many Christians should be today, always glowing, smiling, friendly etc. BUT as far as preaching goes, I feel that he strays away from the Bible to much and speaks about his experiences more. We are living in a time that everyone desperately needs to hear the word of God and understand what is coming upon us in these days we live in.

For that reason I would like to share with you the following:
Pastor John Hagee
Pastor Hagee is committed to change America and the world, he is constantly speaking on Revelation and the Prophecies being fullfiled before our very eyes.

Jack Van Impe
Dr. Jack and Rexella Van Impe analyze news and world events in the light of Bible prophecy.
http://www.jvim.com/
Jesse Duplantis
One of the most unique and loved ministers of our generation.
And he can really make you laugh :) A truly annointed and blessed individual, thats full of joy. And did I mention that he can make you laugh :)

I really feel that you will be blessed by watching/listening to the above three.

In search of a finer soul than Joel Osteen ...

Based on how the question is phrased, you must be a fan of his that wants more. Do you feel something is missing in the words that come out of his perma-smile mouth?

I also like the positive messages, but the Joel Osteens of this world have lost touch with the common people. I'd have a perma-smile too, if I made as much money as the Joel Osteen & like.

I believe he doesn't have any problems that money can't fix, while others are struggling to find food to eat & money to pay bills ... give what's left to church.

A finer soul is a bit strong, but Mark's more realistic. Only 6000+ members so far in my corner of the world; not a mega-million-dollar business like some other(s).

I don't like religion forced upon me, so I'm happy you believe in Jesus.

He uses the bible as a show piece and a few verses of scripture for inspiration! he does not teach the word of God by filling his congregation with spiritual milk "The true meaning of scripture" I think he may be a false teacher.

God loves you.....God bless

Joel Osteen has a big church, a TV show, and an inoffensive message. He's the McDonald's of ministers.

Osteen doesn't inspire me. He grieves me. I couldn't sit under his speeches. I need a man of God who will preach the Word. Give me John MacArthur!

I adore Joel also. Never heard of John MacDonald. There are so many good preachers and teachers out there. But none are wiser than the Jesus in the Bible! Peace!

Yep, my pastor. I don't like Joel Osteen, he's too much a "sunshine pastor".
