can someone give me a learning site where you can learn how to play guitar.....
or like a picture
that shows you where to place your fingers when your playing a chord or note or something like tha?
either one or both will be great thanks.

The best way is to either get a guitar teacher or find a guitar video site. There are some excellent chord videos at http://www.guitar-beginner.com/d-guitar-chord.html
the videos show you exactly how to play the chord and what it should sound like.

Consider buying a beginner's guitar method book that will have instructions on tuning, holding, maintenance, chords, basic theory, and simple songs to start you off.
Hal Leonard puts out a great series for the guitarist. You'll find them at any reputable music store for about $6.00 or so.
