They like push up. If you get a really nice one like form Victoria secret, you can kinda let it show.

With you being a "D" cup, I would go with the padded bra.
The underwire, demi and pushup could be painful/uncomfortable for you and I would not want you being uncomfortable.
The front clasp would also work (easy access) but the option is yours.

Well... wear one that is comfortable to you, and gives good support.. He will thank you later in life when they dont hang to your knees.. As far as i see it... you either have a shirt over it (so guys dont see your bra), or your bra is off (and then they to busy looking elsewere to care about the bra). My girlfriend wears sports bras, if that means anything to you.. =) good luck picking out your next bra
