There are alot of ancient gods that people have believed in since the beginning of time. You have all the ones mentioned in the Bible, you have the Greek gods such as Zeus and many more. There is the Egyptian god Ra. There are Earth gods. Go to any civilization and you will find a sleu of different gods. I believe in only one true God though, but research in this area is very interesting and can be fun.

Zoatrists sorry for the mispelling was the first monotheistic and they followed Yahweh I believe it was.
The Romans used the same gods as the Greeks but used different names such as Jupiter was Zeus, Mars was Ares.
Egypt: Ra the sun god, Horus, Annubis are a few.
the Celts and Native americans beleived in the planet like a Gaia living earth and also believed in spirits of animals, plants and such as well. Everthing has a spirit in Indian culture *Native American Indian that is.
The Hindu's follow their god
Muslims have Allah
So that is several to choose from but hardly all of them, I did not mention much of the Far eastern ones or Pacific Ocean Islands ones or even Vodoo.
