I have never had those pretty white teeth like some girls do...
I was wondering if you guys knew any ways to do it quick and easy @ home...
or if you know what the results are for dentist whitening

Whitening strips work great, but if you want an easy at home way to whiten your teeth start brushing your teeth with baking soda and water. Works great. You can also use hydrogen peroxide, it bubbles a lot, but also works well. Don't swallow it!

I use Crest Whitening Strips twice a year for several years now and have always been happy with the results. I also use Crest Vivid White tooth paste for both day and night, this helps boost the color and even it out after you use the strips. I would also recommend getting an electric tooth brush, this will help naturally whiten your teeth and keep them this way.

Crest whitestrips deteriorate the enamel of your teeth, making them more likely to get cavities and stains, making them yellower. Use a dentist whitening kit, or a bleaching kit from the drugstore or pharmacy. eating lots of strawberries makes your teeth whiter for a couple days.

ok well you can brush your teeth with baking soda, then swush some hydrogen peroxide around you mouth once you are done. the bottle says for external use only but just as long as you don't swallow it you should be fine
another way is to brush your teeth with squished strawberrys the viatmins in the strawberries help give them whiting

Well,if you have dental plaque(yellow teeth) i recomend you to brush your teeth with toothpaste everytime you finish eating,it worked for me,it took about some days!!
