MusichallH: Seeing as it's Christians who want to introduce ID to our schools then I think it should be obvious why this is addressed to Christians.

Some people seem to have missed the sarcasm of this question. Anyway, I think the point you bring up is a good one. Adoption of Intelligent Design is not the victory its advocates are looking for. It would merely be a foot-in-the-door compared to the rest of the changes they would like to see take place.

Most Christian teachers I know teach Math, Science, English, etc... basically what the text books read... Unless they are teaching in a Christian School. Have you heard of separation of church and state?

Even the Supreme Courts start every meeting with prayer and the Ten Commandments are carved in the wood trim of the entrance of the Supreme Court Room. If you are living like there is no hell you had better be right!!!!!!!

Most school texts contain numerous errors so I suppose that is IS as well.

What if God created the Earth using the Big Bang...wouldn't that by definition be creationism?

What?! Thats nonsence, Christians have enough of a hold in rual schools anyway. Leave the Atheists and other religions alone! If you want to be surrouned by Christians, stay in that damn chruch of yours!

Why do people always refer to the Christian faith? There's Muslim schools, Jewish schools, Catholic schools, Scientific schools, etc...
